Tele Sales / Customer Service Advisor

Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Tele Sales/Customer Service Advisor for our established client in Hillington, Glasgow.

Salary: 22,812 per annum + bonus (OTE circa 26k)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift

Our client is experiencing significant growth in the market. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Managers to join our continually expanding Sales Centre in Glasgow.

As an Tele Sales/Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Actively seek out and identify sales opportunities.
• Drive customer satisfaction to ensure customers' calls and queries are managed effectively and efficiently.
• Manage and place orders for new and existing customers, whilst maintaining accuracy.
• Assist our customers on choosing a range of products and services.
• Take ownership of admin tasks whilst making recommendations for service improvements.

The ideal Tele Sales/Customer Service Advisor will have:

• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels.
• Experience in a customer service and sales environment
• The ability to engage well with customers
• Collaborative and works well as part of a great team
• Experience with Microsoft packages
