Role Overview:

Position: Plumber / Gas Engineer

Location: North Lanarkshire (BFS HQ in Bellshill)

Responsibilities:

• Installation, repairs, and planned preventive maintenance (PPMs)
• Identifying defects and creating parts lists with estimated repair times
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and industry best practices
• Supporting the field service team and maintaining internal processes
• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients

Requirements:

Background: Experience as a plumber or gas engineer

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in plumbing or gas engineering

Driving Licence: Clean driving licence

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client liaison abilities
