Full Job Description

We have a new vacancy in our HR Operations team as Team Lead for HR Administration. This is a permanent position based in Aberdeen and supporting the Europe division., You will work closely with our HR Business Partner team and Head of HR to maintain HR records in databases and personnel files as well as overseeing benefits schemes and processing of payrolls. You will handle reporting (starters, leavers, absence, payroll etc), new hire contracts of employment and terms and conditions amendments. The HR Administrator will report into this role.

An experienced HR Administrator or current Senior/Lead. You may have an HR qualification or have relevant experience in lieu of this. You should be a competent user of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel where some mid-level reporting and is expected. Time management, prioritisation and attention to detail will be key.
