Your role, as an Employer Relationship Manager will involve taking responsibility for leading & co-ordinating the smooth and successful running of FUSE, a unique and innovative partnership between St James Quarter, Capital City Partnership (CCP) and City of Edinburgh Council (CEC). The role will require strong and effective co-ordination of the Action Plan stemming from the Steering Group’s Vision.  


You will also support our team of Employment Coordinators and Welfare Rights Officer to achieve their goals through targeted coaching and mentoring, ensuring our teams deliver a quality service always.

About You


We really need you to have these


  • Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and mediums including social media
  • Ability to show an appropriate level of leadership to bring together stakeholders and service providers to facilitate change
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively to meet targets within challenging timescales
  • Capable of communicating clearly and effectively across a wide-reaching, multi-disciplinary team
  • High quality networking skills with demonstrable ability to grow and develop strong, long lasting relationships
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise as needed
  • Two years minimum recent experience within recruitment or employability sectors with a focus on employer engagement or business development
  • IT literacy
  • Comfortable working towards targets
  • A flexible approach – this role will include occasional evening or weekend work in line with business requirements
