Are you a natural born hunter, fired up to help business owners discover the power of coaching to unlock their success?  Do you relish picking up the phone as the first step towards recruiting new clients and have a proven track record of winning new business?

This is a unique opportunity for a sales focused business development executive to join an enthusiastic, driven, and fast paced team.

Hours are flexible, full time or part time; can fit around school hours. The role will be home-based with regular visits to their offices in Aberdeen, Perth, Dundee, and Kinross.

  • Basic pay of FTE £28,000 to £30,000 p/a, depending on experience (pro rata for part time).
  • Monthly Performance Related Bonus, with no caps. The better they do, the more you earn, with an OTE of £70,000 p/a.
  • Annual Performance Related Bonus of £5,000 for reaching company’s annual goal. If they reach this before the year, it will be paid as soon as it’s reached.
  • Mainly home-based, with the occasional requirement to travel to networking meetings, client offices and to meet colleagues face-to-face in their offices in Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth, and Kinross.
