Full Job Description

An exiting opportunity has arisen for a Bid and Proposals Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Aberdeen, reporting to the Lead Bids and Proposals Coordinator. You will act as the custodian for bid production ensuring all steps are met prior to the submission of the proposal. Other main responsibilities include:

  • Review of bid request to understand requirements

  • Addressing any clarifications required

  • Arranging required meetings (Kick off; Reviews)

  • Assign tasks to the wider team

  • Monitor progress and highlight potential bottlenecks to allow for alleviation

  • Maintenance of bid tracking system

  • Feedback on submissions

  • Maintenance of activity trackers to enable accurate 'live' reporting

    You will be highly organised and efficient when dealing with multiple tasks. You will have an agile mind and the ability to respond effectively and meet short turnaround deadlines. It is preferred that you will have experience in a bidding, proposals or commercial work winning role but it is not essential. It is also advantageous if you have advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
