With the emphasis on ‘hands-on’ production experience, this foundation level course is designed to provide a wide-ranging introduction to the knowledge and skills needed to work in the broadcasting industries. Key aspects include Video Production, Radio, Sound, Lighting, Editing, Photography, Animation, Research Skills and Production Management. You will gain an in-depth understanding of how the media industries work and the kind of jobs that are available within those industries.

Entry Requirements: 2 Standard grades including English, at Level 3 or above. A portfolio would be an advantage.
Adult Entry:
Adult students without the relevant qualifications will be considered on an individual basis.
