This course is designed for employers/employees who will take responsibility for first aid in the workplace. It is approved by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and certificated by St Andrew's Ambulance Association. This course covers the full syllabus as recommended by the HSE (First Aid at Work Regulations 1981). A certificate will be awarded to candidates on successful completion of the oral and practical assessments.
Successful candidates may be appointed as 'First Aiders' in the workplace.
